Where are you located and can I pick up orders? Our workshop is located in Reno, NV. For local residents,
please call 775-747-4156 to arrange for product pick up.
 
What are your business hours? Monday – Friday, 9 am-5 pm PST
   
Are there other fragrances to choose from? If you have a favorite fragrance that is not on the list let me know and I’ll try to find it for you.
   
Do you offer free samples? We are unable to provide free samples due to individual fragrance preferences and customization of each product.
   
Do you have a minimum order amount? We do not have a minimum order. We will ship one product or hundreds of products. Shipping on small orders will be higher due to FedEx rates. The more you order the cheaper your shipping per product. With orders less than $50, shipping costs seem rather high to most customers. FedEx rates are based on destination and weight, but there is a minimum charge per box through UPS so shipping on a 10-pound box may only be a dollar more than shipping a one-pound box.
   
Do you ship International orders? Not at the present time.
   
What is your shipping method? Our shipping method of choice is FedEx. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. During holiday seasons, expect 48-72 hours to process the order. To estimate your final delivery date, please use the following guidelines:

How soon will my order be shipped? Turnaround time is usually 1-2 business days depending upon what you order.
   
What if I have an Incorrect Address? First of all, if you realize that you submitted your order with incorrect address information, please notify me as soon as possible!  It is best for you to carefully review your address before submitting your order. If your shipment is returned to me as undeliverable due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.
   
What if my order is damaged during shipment? All orders leave our workshop carefully packaged and sealed. The carrier is responsible for merchandise while in transit. If a package arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the carrier within 10 days. You MUST save and not alter the original damaged product, with ALL package carton and materials. This is absolutely necessary for FedEx to replace the product. Exchanges without the package and all DAMAGED products with their packing material will not be accepted. Notify us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your claims.
   
What types of payment do you accept? We accept personal checks with a Nevada driver’s license number, money orders, cashiers checks, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal. We do not ship items C.O.D.  All orders must be paid with U.S. funds.  Please allow 10 business days for personal check, money order or cashiers checks to clear AFTER we receive it (not from your mailing date) before your product is shipped. Credit card orders will be charged before the products are poured, made or shipped, this is for our protection since all products are hand made and customized for each customer and restocking is not an option. Occasionally we may require signature or proof of identification on credit card transactions. This is for your protection and ours!
   
How can I place an order if I don’t want
to use my credit card over the Internet?

We understand that some individuals prefer not to use their credit cards when placing orders online even though we use SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the industry’s encryption standard to protect your personal information during transmission. The online checkout process includes a Choose Payment Method section that allows you to choose one of the below options for remitting payment for your order:

Cashiers Check
Personal Check (with Nevada driver’s license number)

Upon my receipt of your order indicating a desire to pay by mail, I will send you an email with your final total and a payment address.  I don't supply this up front because I would rather have orders placed through my shopping cart.  I also don't want people to send a payment without first confirmation of their order.

Do you allow for Exchanges & Returns? All products purchased on this site or in our shop are NON-returnable.
   
Do you charge sales tax? Only Nevada State residents are subject to the following tax rates:
Washoe County 7.725%
Clark County 8.100%
Carson City 7.475%
   
What if my check gets return by my bank? Returned or canceled checks will carry a minimum $25 fee while disputed credit card charges will incur a minimum $35 fee possibly higher. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We at Bathtub Junkies do our best to insure proper customer service and that the correct products ordered arrive in good order. We do not accept returns due to the customization of each order and we cannot guarantee the quality of the item once it has left our premises.
   
What is your Privacy Policy Bathtub Junkies respects and protects the privacy of visitors to our website. We don't sell, rent or trade personal information collected at our site. When you place an order, we ask you for information like your name, address, e-mail address and phone number. This is used to process and deliver your order. We ask for your phone number and/or e-mail address in case we have questions about your order. Bathtub Junkies does not tolerate spam. If you receive an email from us such as our monthly newsletter and wish to be removed from our mailing, please either call or email us asking to be removed.
